The Bealls Florida Customer Care Center is available Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm ET, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm ET.

How can I ask a question about a specific product?

Curious about materials, measurements, weight or other product details? You can find many answers to these questions in the Details section of any product page. From there you may also check the Review tab on the product page, and click “Question?” for answers to commonly asked questions, or submit your own and our team will be in touch with an answer.

How can I find a recipe I saw on Instagram?

If you’re viewing a Zest K+H™ recipe post, the name of the recipe can be found in the comments. On the Recipe tab of, search by recipe name. You’ll have the opportunity to print or view the recipe from your device.

How do I submit a great idea for a recipe?

We love to hear your ideas. Tell us what you are thinking!

How do I rate a recipe?

At the bottom of each recipe there is an opportunity to tell us how you like a dish. Select from 1 to 5 stars. You may also add a comment or question.

How do I comment on a recipe?

The comment section is at the bottom of each recipe. Just type in your comment and click the “Add Comment” button beneath the box.
