Peach Frosé
This is THE girly drink of the summer. It’s just the one you want in your hand as you chill by the pool in a big floppy hat. Imagine a frozen version of a bellini, but with floral notes and a brightness from the elderflower liqueur. If you don’t want to make a huge batch, this recipe will make enough for 6-8 drinks, you can scale it down to serve fewer people.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine
- 8- ounce bag of frozen peaches
- ¾ cup elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high. Pour into wine glasses and serve over more ice.
