Spiked Apple Cider

Making apple cider apple cider is a multi-step process that includes mashing the apple pulp with its juice before pressing, resulting in a deeply flavored cloudy beverage. Cider is much different than apple juice, which is pasteurized and filtered, removing the pulp. For this drink, make sure you use cider and not juice for the best flavor. The cocktail needs at least two hours in the fridge to chill and for the flavors to come together, and only improves with more time if you have it.
